Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every sewn and crocheted piece is thoughtfully handmade in small batches by us. Because of this, no two items are exactly alike. Subtle variations in fabric placement, stitching, or texture are part of what make each piece special.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Each item is made by hand, and fabric patterns may fall differently from piece to piece. Minor details may vary slightly and dye lots and crochet tension can shift from batch to batch. If multiple items are created from the same fabric, they will be similar — but never identical.
That uniqueness is part of the beauty of handmade.
Why might colors look slightly different in person?
We do our best to photograph products in natural light to reflect their true tone as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, device displays and dye lots.

What fabrics or materials do you use?
Most fabrics are new and carefully sourced. Occasionally, we use thrifted or repurposed textiles. When we do, it will always be clearly noted in the product description.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Custom Orders & Availability
Do you offer custom orders?
Currently, we do not offer custom orders. However, you’re always welcome to reach out with suggestions or ideas - we truly value your input and may take it into consideration for future collections.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some favorites may return, but many pieces are one-of-a-kind. Because we create in very small batches, staple items may take time to remake and restock. If you see something you love, we recommend securing it while available.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Complimentary U.S. shipping is available on orders $75 or more.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, complimentary local pickup is available for Tucson locals.

Returns and Policies
What is your return or refund policy?
Because each piece is thoughtfully handmade in small batches — and many items are one-of-a-kind — all sales are final. This allows us to continue creating intentionally and sustainably.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We truly want you to love your purchase and will gladly do our best to resolve any issues.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. While we cannot control carrier delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout, we’re always happy to help point you in the right direction if you need assistance.
