Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or other reliable shipping services. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the shipping carrier but cannot be guaranteed.

 

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. However, if you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier. 

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
